I am a US citizen living in Canada. My paperwork to obtain a work permit is in processing, but isn't to be finished for several months. Meanwhile, we really need to have a second income.
I'll put full attention and full-time hours in to any online money I can find, but nothing out there is enough. I've tried survey sites that haven't even gotten me $10 in two months, pay-per-email crap, whatever. Data entry stuff looks mildly interesting, but I can never find one that isn't "too good to be true"--just pay me $60 and I'll tell you how to make hundreds of dollars a day! Also, a lot of the more legit looking sites look like me living in Canada would be problematic.
I need help. I've searched Y!A and found that there are tons of questions like this, but none of them really give any data: What have you tried? More importantly, HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU MAKE FROM IT?
Kids--both physical and mental--who just want to call me lazy need not apply. If I was lazy, I'd just play video games all day.
Need a second income: how can I work online?
The source below will take you to a site where you can download a free e-book explaining the easiest way I have ever found to make some money online.
I did this myself, and still do it. I'm not getting rich doing it, but it pays for some of my bad habits. You can easily make a few hundred a month like this.
Hope this helps.
Reply:Hi, I would recommend taking a look at this site:

It's an excellent guide to legitimate paid surveys and should help you get started.
